CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You can cancel your booking by clicking on the link at the end of your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions displayed on-screen.

If your booking includes booking fees, please be advised that these cannot be reimbursed.

As soon as you realise you need to cancel, we advise you to do so as quickly as possible.

Cancellation fees

If cancelled 7 days before check-in, the first night without extras is charged and non-refundable. From 3:00 PM on arrival day or in the event of a no show, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, if you paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees (except for non-refundable offers).

A pre-authorization between €100 and €300 will be requested at check-in to guarantee the room.

Any reservation of 4 rooms or more may incur special conditions and additional costs.

In the event of a no show, the amount that will be invoiced will be based on the prejudice suffered and will correspond to an indemnity.

TAX

The rates shown include VAT. Stay tax and/or local tax may be charged at check-in.

CHECK-IN TIME / CHECK-OUT TIME

You will be able to check in to your room or apartment from the time indicated below

On the day of your check-out, you must leave the room/apartment no later than the time shown below. Staying in the room any later than this may result in you being charged an extra night.

We advise you to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to specify your estimated check-in time, especially if you think it may be late.

Latest check-out time: 11:00 AM

Reception opening hours : From 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM

PAYMENT AND BILLING CURRENCY

Your credit/debit card will be used to guarantee your booking.
